Is it optimal weapon and build for Xaihi? Doubt it. But is it fun to try reach the maximum possible value? Yes, why not.

I was lucky to get 2 dupes of Ardelia`s weapon in free 10 weapon pulls, so it added another ~40 intellect. So in order to reach intellect cap for Xaihi`s buff you need max potential of Dreams of the Starry Beach unless they add gloves with secondary attribute % and intellect
