Leaning back starts palpitations - Any idea why?

So I've had palpitations for almost two weeks now. Sometimes to the point where it's almost every 4th beat. I've had Afib in the past and had an ablation for it about a decade ago. There have been times where when slouching forward, or leaning back on the couch would put me into afib or palpitations.

I haven't been in afib that I'm aware of and I'm currently wearing a halter monitor to track, but when lean back on the couch I can feel them come on again. I've told the doctors this and they've kinda disregarded it.

I've had an MRI of my heart done in the past 3 years and nothing abnormal was found.

Still trying to determine if I have Sjogrens after multiple visits and blood tests

I've had a positive SS-B of around 3.5 (sometimes a bit lower), but it's been steady. I have never had a positive SS-A associated with the blood work. I have in the past had AFIB, which has been random, and had an ablation for it 13. years ago.

I still get palpitations and recently my hands have been very red. They don't turn white like I see in many of the Raynauds studies but they have been steadily red the past couple months and if I press on them they turn white and turn back color.

I'm in a high stress job and have a 4 hour round trip commute to work. I'm not sure if the palpitations, redish hands are Sjogrens, if it's stress related (as they both started showing up around the same time of a promotion), or if it's a little bit of both.

I've been told that I have Sjogrens by one doctor from the SS-B findings, and that I don't have it by another due to not having the dry eyes and joint pains, and early on another doctor telling me I don't have it as well.

Kinda confused at the moment and it's months before I can get an appointment with the rheumatologist. Any thoughts?
