Presumably mailed around 1869-1870. The cover itself is massive, and someone folded it in the past to fit it on their album page. It paid 1/2 oz plus 3 additional ounces from Pennsylvania to Michigan. It appeared to be a legal document from the State Capital of Harrisburg PA to a lawyer or professional in Adrian Michigan. This is by far my highest cost cover mailed locally in the US for the period.
