How do you get through a shift while in a flair?

Now, my job isn’t hard it’s a retail and I have a medical note allowing me to sit when needed but I feel like I got hit by a truck driven by a sugar high raccoon

But I’m currently sitting in my car my eyes are itchy(idk why they are but only in flairs they are)

I only have Thursdays and Sunday’s off. Only reason why I agreed to work Saturday nights and close was so my ex-coworker wouldn’t be in the store alone. I’m trying to get my Saturdays off but my DM was kind of an ass about it (had to ask DM because we don’t have a GM currently) and my Thursdays off are so I can go to my PT/doctors appointments and work on my college stuff. So I can’t even switch my days. Il just so tired.
