Hello Attys. I dont usually post here but right now we're desperate.
We went to Newport mall last may 3, 2026 and was offered free treatments and products. I was in a different room from my senior citizen mom. I didnt know what was happening in her room, all the while I thought that she was just getting the same free facial treatment as me. Yun pala they were cornering her with their sales talk and she ultimately swiped her credit card for x amounts of treatments costing a total of PHP 420k. When we got home she realized na parang nabudol siya or na scam, so we contacted the person who assisted us and requested for the transaction to be void and we will also return all the free products they gave.
The staff/store is not being cooperative parang ayaw talaga nila icancel. We also talked to our bank and sabi nila na it needs to be the merchant para mag cancel.
We're so lost and worried kasi 420k is no joke.
