I've just heard that my partner is being made redundant due to the company winding up Aus operations. She's found out today but the company wants her to work through until September but she’s keen to leave early if possible.

What is the maximum timing for this to happen?

Redeployment is not an option so she's active in market, but is also keen to get the payout too.
