Interesting Way to Start the Day
This guy cut me off this morning on the 90/787 exit, slowed down and tried to break check me. I guess he got mad that I sped up and went around him to get back into the lane so I didn't miss the Water St exit. He decided to follow me to work!
Is this something I should submit a non-emergency report for to be safe? Super weird behavior in my opinion.
