my_qualifications: 9th-grade marks are good (I don't remember the exact number), but I really messed up my 10th grade and scored 68%.

I'm currently in 11th grade, so do I still have a chance for any scholarships to study in Japan if I get good or great marks in my 11th and 12th grades? I can do anything, like a part-time job in Japan, but I just need a scholarship to cover the remaining expenses.
