Hello everyone,

I am conducting an anonymous student-led research survey exploring public understanding of general anesthesia and anxiety related to surgery and perioperative care.

The survey is intended for adolescents and young adults between the ages of 13 to 30 and takes approximately 5–8 minutes to complete.

No identifying information is collected within the survey, and all responses are anonymous. Participants may also optionally enter a separate raffle for a small gift card incentive after survey completion.
