we sell high ticket times (workops / countertops) with long purchasing decision times, our customers often decide months in advance. how are you guys tracking this? right now we relay on post check out surveys and talking to the sales team to hear real customers perspective on our marketing efforts. we also sell sample and typically see a conversion of around 20%, and people make sample purchases a lot quicker, so for top of funnel marketing we are doing a little better.
