Hi everyone,

I filed my VAWA in June 2025 and I’ve been seeing people who filed around March–June 2025 getting EAD/work permit approvals.

I’m wondering if anyone from “partially banned” or restricted countries has also been approved or seen movement?

Does being from one of those countries affect EAD/VAWA processing times or approval in any way?

Just trying to understand timelines and stay hopeful. Any experiences are appreciated.
