Does anyone know how to tighten this?

This is Soul of Chogokin GX-45 Shin Mazinger Z, and I got it used. The hoghlighted joint is really loose, I’ve tried screwing it in more, but it that didn’t work. Does anyone know how to tighten it (long term preferably)?
