I want to buy a headphones for the first time ever. I already tried XM4 and i found it good but i heard the Sennheiser has better sound quality which is important too! Which one do you suggest?

I have these 4 options:

1. Sony WH1000XM5 at 200€
2. Sony WH1000XM4 at 250€
3. Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 at 200€
4. Sony Ult Wear at 120€
