My current hair cut/style is the photo with the green background. I want to ideally have something similar in texture and style to the photo below me and the one on the left.

I have straight black asian hair so I usually put clay in my hair to add texture. Do I need a perm or just a regular hair cut along with product to style?

Also would love to hear any other haircut recommendations if you think something would suit me beter.
