My roommate isn’t paying to be here and won’t leave

My roommate currently owes me and my partner 1500 dollars and I’m not sure if there is anything to be done about it.
She applied for the apartment and then paid the $100 to get on our lease. When she moved in February she did not pay February’s rent and we paid it. She said she would pay us back in March. She hasn’t paid a dime.
In March when our payment accounts were set up the rent was split wrong and she didn’t pay us back the $200 difference that was on our end.
Then she didn’t pay utilities last month and was very late on rent.
Then she didn’t pay rent or utilities this month.
Our lease ends at the start of June but I was told I can’t evict her.
The lease isn’t split between two people so legally when she doesn’t pay if I don’t want to get evicted then I have to pay her share.
Is there anything I can do to get her out of my apartment or have her pay money?
