Processing Times

We wanted to reach out personally because we know waiting on medication can be stressful — especially when you're doing everything right on your end. Right now, orders across the GLP-1 compounding space are taking longer than they used to. The remaining pharmacies in this space are managing significantly higher volumes than before, which has extended turnaround times for everyone.
Current processing times are running 10–14 days, though in most cases orders ship sooner than that.
Due to the updated shipping times, the easiest way we can take great care of you is to request your refill 2–3 weeks before you'd normally run out. That cushion gives everything time to flow through smoothly, so your treatment stays on track without the stress of cutting it close..
