How does this diverging diamond look?

Just got rid of the backed-up roundabout from this busy intersection and replaced it with a diverging diamond intersection. It seems to have greatly reduced the traffic for now.

How does it look? Any changes you’d make? Should I look to connect it with the adjacent roundabout in the future?

Side note: Is 89% traffic flow good for ~50k population?

Can this team contend this season?

Do I have an actual shot of contending this season or am I still in a small rebuild? And how do I look for the future? Should I make any moves?

People always say dynasty is way more skill-based than redraft. Obviously that’s true to an extent, but how big really is the skill gap?

There’s definitely skill in things like drafting long-term, making trades, managing picks, and knowing when to rebuild or go all in. But at the same time, it still feels like so much comes down to luck: injuries, random weekly performances, and then the playoffs where one bad week and you’re out or a few good weeks and a mid team turns into a champion.

So what do you think? Over a few years, do the same skilled managers actually separate themselves, or does luck level things out more than people want to admit? And how big is the edge really between a good dynasty player and an average one?
