I got my library card about 4 months ago, and have been having no issue using libby until two days ago. I got a notification that I had to verify my library card. I kept trying to put in my card info, and got that the card couldn't be verified. So at the advice of others online, I removed my card from my account and tried to re-add it. Now its saying that my account is expired. Any advice?
