Going to Cancun next week. Will be at an AI in Hotel Zone. I have a toddler and 70+ senior with me. Idea is to relax and get a feel as it's our first time. We just want to visit Chichen Itza. Day tours are 12+ hours, so want to avoid it as we just want to visit that place and get back. What's your recommendation to go about it? Rental car (negative is to pick up from airport) is about $180 but need to keep it for 3 days, private car with driver is $400+. Can someone that has done it before chime in with tips? Thanks
