*SOLVED* - Problem is solved. I've been trying to get this since 6am PST. ID showed up on my 20th try at 10:20am PST.

I've correctly logged in as importer (Importer account not TOP), and clicked on "REPORT" on the top right side.

Folder -> Ace -> Trade -> Importer -> Entry Summary -> ES-003.
A new screen loads but Trade Account ACE ID won't load.

Is this due to high traffic or did I miss a step in between?
