[TN] I am about to start a new job on Monday but I haven't gotten my offer letter or any onboarding. Should I push the start date if I haven't received my offer letter? I believe it outlines the structure of how I will work and what I am getting paid with a benefits explanation does it not?
I hate even asking this question because I don't want to believe that I am going to start working for a company that doesn't have it together but I really need this job so I don't want to make waves but I don't want to be pushed around either.
Start date is this coming Monday
