Sorry for this stupid question, I finally get the chance to visit German and wanted to record my journey while also aware that filming around will cause lawsuit.

I was thinking only carry a small camera just for personal records usage with no publishing elsewhere. However, this also seems to face privacy issues.

So is it better not to do any recording?
