Newbie here, How do I fix artist not being grouped together and or songs from albums not having the right cover art?

In file explorer the songs have their correct album covers, but in foobar they don't. And the sorting in the song list is all over the place, the songs aren't grouped by artist/album tho I'm pretty sure they should be, any help?

How do I remove this icon in the corner?

So I use mallumenu to unlock the cosmetics, but this little icon is always there and it's a little distracting. Any way to get rid of it? (Besides deleting the mod)
