Had a tree fall across the shed. How should I approach fixing this for as cheap as possible?
As you see the damage is actually not too bad in my opinion. The overall structure is completely intact. It is primarily the awning portion that is damaged, along with 3 holes punched in the roof.
Is it possible to replace a portion of the cracked rafters on the outside rather than the entire rafter?
Can I replace just a portion of the OSB and reshingle the small section?
Should I just patch the roof holes and reshingle accordingly?
Any guidance to minimize the work and cost would be great. Just need to repair as best I can and make it look decent. I am plan to replace the structure in a few more years so I don’t need perfection.

Picked up this Explorer 40 on Saturday. First Rolex and admittedly I am loving it more than I thought I would. I’ve owned dozens of watches ranging from Sinn, Omega, Orient, Tudor, Bulova, Citizen etc. and this one really checks the box as a one watch to do it all with, it goes with dress wear, casual wear, for any event or outing.
Then I found a bottle of Blantons at retail yesterday.
All in all, I need to stop spending money but life is good.
