1962 Franklin half, no mint mark - full bell?

I bought this 20-25 years ago. I'm wondering if this is worth sending to a grading service and curious where you all would place it on the grading scale. It is very reflective, but the lighting is poor. You can make out my finger hovering over half of the obverse side in one photo. Are the bell lines too weak or does this qualify as full bell?
