Been a bit chubby my whole life even tho I eat (I think) clean (F)
First post ever, so if I mess up, sorry in advance.
Anyway, it’s always puzzled me why I’m still overweight. People always say losing weight is 80% diet, 20% exercise, but by that logic, I should be much lighter by now.
My daily routine looks something like this: sometimes I grab a smoothie in the morning, for lunch I usually eat quinoa with roasted vegetables, and dinner is often a bowl of mixed beans and salad. During the day I do light exercise like stretching, short bike rides, or walking around the neighborhood. I rarely snack, but when I do it’s usually yogurt, a handful of almonds, or a banana. Once in a while I eat something indulgent, like a slice of cake or a bag of chips, maybe once every two weeks.
I’ve been like this since I was a kid, and I’ve never fully understood it. Lately, it’s been really frustrating because I’ve been trying to lose weight seriously, focusing only on whole foods and vegetables, yet my weight went from 85kg to 89kg over the past month. I’m honestly confused—what am I doing wrong?
The Operation Gladio was a secret network of “stay-behind” armies organized in Europe during the Cold War to resist potential Soviet invasion.
Decades later, allegations emerged linking parts of it to political manipulation and acts of terrorism, sparking intense controversy across multiple countries.
