For those who are currently doing MBBS or those who have completed their MBBS and preparing for NEET pg or those who are doctors now or those who left this field I have some genuine doubts.

There are people whose passion is to become a doctor and they don't want anything else. Second type is those who do it for respected lifestyle, job security and money or career. Then what about those who just do it for the sake of getting a job or parents want their child to have a good life and they have no problem is doing MBBS or engineering or SSC.
My main question is why do these people go though such rigorous study life of minimum 6 years and its not like you ever stop studying as one is such position must keep themselves up to date and have all necessary material on their tips.
Why people don't prepare for something like SSC where competition is high but you get the job directly after scoring good and don't have to grind for majority of your life.
I am not judging anyone's choices but I want to know the thought process of before and after so I can choose what I want to do next in my life. I am truly curious and will respect everyone's final decision that went into shaping their life.
At last thank you for taking time out of your schedules and guiding a lost student.
Myquals are:
10th-95%
12th-81% with PCMB
and doing BSc
