Is it just the beginning?

So ill try to keep this short. I've been diagnosed with chronic cold urticaria and during that whole process I tested with a positive ANA, and high sjrogens B (A antibodies were normal) and was referred to a rheumatologist. First round of testing at the rheum showed 1:360 ana titer and slightly low CK and high aldolase. (13.5). Now my rheum is worried and its freaking me out. He wants to retest aldolase and then said if that is high again i will go for some other really expensive more intense test (i cant remember what it is) but i think it might be a myositis panel.

This all from just getting hives and I'm pretty lost here. I also have mild joint pain but ive played sports my whole life and its not debilitating, just normal somewhat achy joints occasionally.

I've also been drinking somewhat heavily on the weekends and random times throughout the week since ive had alot of social events going on and im wondering if maybe that caused the hgih aldolase to begin with.

After talking with the rhuem he told me some pretty scary stories about his patients ending up in the ICU or with cancer, and looking at what the myositis panel tests for I'm pretty freaked out. He gave me a diagnosis on the second visit of undifferentiated connective tissue disease. I understand this may progress into something that could significantly shorten my life like cancer or other lung diseases.

Does anyone else have similar lab work or a similar experience?

ANA 1:360

Aldolase 13.5 (CK slightly low)

EDIT: also forgot to add he wrote me a script for hydroxychloroquine. I'm on the fence about starting it since i really dont have any symptoms anyway
