Really? This is what a multinational financial institution releases to the public as a trading platform? Did anybody at R&D look at other financial trading software and compare? Many issues - charts freeze, stock scanner is worthless, the least amount of customization, and the cherry on top is the charts completed stopped working this morning for all tickers - "Charts are unavailable at this time". Laptop is i-7, SSD, 32 gigs ram, and 1 gig fios.
ZERO issues with Public, E-Trade, TradingView, etc.
I would like to stay with Fidelity but this final crash with the charts might be the nail in the coffin.
Since this will probably fall on deaf ears at Fidelity, here is a great example of a proper, fully customizable, and stable platform.
