I have a user with this new firmware on pbx that is setting physical desk phone as the CALL USING in web ui, but it will randomly switch to web client. It is doing it every few calls user said.

Known issue with this firmware? It did not see with before with this user and they have: desk phone, web client, and Linkus app on iOS.

Anyone else seeing extremely slow responses from support, or nothing at all? I seem to not be able to get ahold of sales rep or support. TY
