I have been offered one for one Marv for Rice and wanted to hear opinions on both.

Feel like it leans on Rice but is that a similar consensus?
As the Title says. I have Smith and 1.09 rn. If I keep the pick the best names are Cooper and Ty Simpson. Already drafted Lemon. Do I keep the pick and Smith or send it here? Feel like the 4th and Braelon Allen are insignificant
For context. I’ve made some mistakes and really messed up my QB room. Shedeur or Penix really have no long term outlook and I’m in need of a QB.
This offer came to me and I feel like it’s probably too good to say no to. Is there something I’m missing or just overthinking it?
I’ve been desperate in my pursuits of a backup QB and this offer came across the table. Feel like I can’t say no to it. Losing Jefferson would stink, but also feel good about Egbuka and Jamarr and the bit of WR depth I have. Would also add another RB to the fold.
Am I missing something?
