Has anyone found an accurate weather app or weather notification service for Central Okanagan in general (or West Kelowna in particular).

The weather app that came with my phone keeps sending me warnings about rainfall about to start that never happens, meanwhile we're getting 60km/h wind gusts here that are damaging stuff in my yard again, but there is no warning for that. Had I known the wind was expected to be anywhere near that strong I would have picked a different Sunday to do certain projects out in my yard.

Theweathernetwork app tells me there might be gusts up to 26kmh today, so it's out to lunch to too.
