So buyer purchases two identical items off of me and they form part of a set. I tested both items before they were sent and confirmed working.

I even posted on the eBay listing the items lit up and working with a photo showing them working.

Posted off and the buyer receives them and says one isn't working and wants to initiate a return for just one of the items.

So sorted the return and the buyer sent back to me and I refunded to buyer half the price.

Now what I got was wasnt in the best condition, the box is a bit of a mess and some of the foam that holds and secures the item is missing, obviously the item doesn't work but I'm also not sure it's the same item.

Thoughts?
