This is my first summer fishing and up until now, keeping soft plastics in my lunch trip/quick trip fishing bag I keep in my trunk hasn't been an issue because it hasn't gotten really hot where I am just yet. But where I know it will be getting hotter pretty soon, what do you do for your soft plastics? Do they just melt/deform? Is it not quite hot enough in a car and I'm worrying over nothing? I just don't want to come sit in my car and have a mess all over the place or wasting money on plastics that I won't be able to use.
