This happened in Salt Lake City, UT at the 7-11 down the street from my house
I had just gone out for pizza and had a pizza box of full of leftovers with me. It was a nice, warm, spring day out so I was going to meet some friends at the park to hang out. Thought I’d stop by 7-11 to pick up some beer before our park hangs
I was just walking and didn’t have a car with me so when I got to 7-11 I just brought the pizza box inside with me. When I go to checkout the gas station attendant starts accusing me of stealing the pizza from 7-11. Which is crazy because my pizza looks nothing like the pizza sold at 7-11 and it is in a box with the restaurants name on it
I try to explain to him what’s going on and he isn’t having it and saying he was going to call the cops if I don’t pay for it. Eventually I just say I am going to leave and that I don’t need the beer anymore
This is when he grabs the pizza box from me and opens it up and starts digging around in the cheese with his fingers, just destroying my leftovers. I was in a rage and pretty flustered and made a stupid mistake. I leaned over the counter and spit in his face and then quickly ran out. I saw him pick up the phone as soon as I left
Then I just walked down the block a bit and called an Uber and went home
