Hello i was worried about my riot account security so i sent them a ticket about the situation of my account and asked them a few questions and now its been 6 days and still no answer from riot. is this normal? I'll ask my question here in case if someone knows the answer

So my question is if i loose my access to the original email I built my account with while someone else still has access to it and he also knows my username, does changing my email and password and enabling Multi factor authentication prevents him from stealing my account through player support or he can send a ticket and reset all the things i have done and take my account?
