Can we talk about toning from walking?

Today marks 30 days that I've been doing 10K plus steps a day. I feel great. I have more energy, I'm in a better mood, I'm more optimistic. I also live someplace where it's very hilly. So whatever walk I go on, about half of it ends up being uphill. Has anybody toned up their legs by walking hills? Or incline? I've lost a few pounds, and my pants feel looser, but I'm wondering how toned I can get.

My field is getting taken over by AI and I'm trying to figure out what else to do with my life. What's it like to become a realtor, what do you have to be good at, and what can't you be bad at? What else do I need to know? thanks!

Can anyone talk to me about switching from oral progesterone to an IUD? I've been on 100 mg oral progesterone for about 3 years. I have no sex drive. But I sleep like the dead. I've also been noticing lately that I just feel really foggy-headed and sedated. I initially loved the progesterone because it helped me sleep so well, but I also feel like I'm losing IQ points, and I'm wondering if I'm not tolerating it as well as I thought. Has anyone switched from oral progesterone to the IUD in order to get a lower dose? Did it clear up your brain fog? Bring back your sex drive? Tell me your experience, please.
