Car repair seems crazy for damage done

Long story short, Toyota was hit in a parking lot after backing out of a space. Ford that hit it was going anywhere from 15-25 MPH distracted swerved and braked at last second still colliding with Toyota rear passenger tire side.
The tire is canted in touching the wheel well at the top (obvious suspension damage/break) with minor body damage, door opens and shuts normally.

We took the Toyota to the dealership we bought it from to get looked at and repaired. We’re now at 10k in repair cost and that seems ridiculous for 2 body pieces, a tire, rim and some suspension parts plus labor. I can post full estimates for better breakdown if needed..

Is 10k for repairs reasonable for damages shown in photos?

Car details-
2017 Toyota Highlander (hit fully stopped rear passenger side)
2015 Ford F-150

Thank you for any insight.
