Hi, r/VinylCollectors.

I've been looking for both of these albums for a reasonable price online for quite some time. It's very rare for listings to go up on Discogs or Ebay, but I've been looking through this subreddit's post history and every year or two someone will put a copy up for sale.

There are many variants of both albums but I'm really not picky in that regard, as long as the record plays and (ideally) comes with a sleeve, I'm interested. I would definitely be willing to pay a little more for a signed copy of either album, but that's certaintly not a requirement.

I live in the UK, but we can discuss shipping details as needed.

Here are some more details, just in case you're not sure if it's in your collection or not.

The Protomen - Act 1. First pressed in July of 2011 & released at a show played in Nashville, Tenessee on July 9th at 12th and Porter. Repressed in 2012, 2019 & 2021. Sleeve is black and blue and has a cityscape with the band's logo at the bottom of it. 'The Protomen' is the only text on the front of the album.

The Protomen - Act 2 / The Father of Death. First pressed in 2018 (I couldn't find the exact month as there wasn't a release party show of any kind for it.) To my knowledge, there was only ever one release of the Act Two Vinyl - but there were many different variants, including a pop up book.

The Album's sleeve is a really beautiful rendition of the albums story, in a style that homages the poster for the movie 'Streets of Fire'. It was drawn by the artist John DeLucca, who later did a lot of the artwork in the liner notes for The Protomen - Act 3 / This City Made Us.
