Nice and simple....has anyone found problems with the chaos cubes and collecting them?

I have all of the current ones out except for Latte Landing. I have 4 of the 5 for there but whenever I go to the areas that they are meant to spawn (according to multiple Google searches), they never spawn in, so not sure which one of the 5 I don't have!!

Any advice, any help, any anything really? Or is it just a case that I won't be able to complete this one?
