So from my basic understanding, if i get exposed to a shit ton of radiation, it somehow alters my biology to the point where I'm nigh immortal, immune to radiation and possess greater regeneration, all at the price of looking like a zombie and a chance of going feral (I think?).
But i still have question about some things that still confuse me about this.
One: is going feral a game of chance? Do ghouls go feral the moment they turn or do some not go feral at all?
Two: do the ghouls stay their age when they turn? Like for example is i get really irradiated and turn into a ghould in my 20s, do I stay looking in my 20s? For example, Billy the kid in the fridge.
Three: this might be a stupid one, but how do ghouls end up looking the way they do in the first place? I know radiation plays a huge role here, but that's all i know.
