Trading 2028 first for 1.06 - Does it make sense to accelerate the rebuild?
Thoughts on this trade? The seconds are both mid.
I already have 1.01, 1.05, 2.05, 2.08, and 3.01 this year. No first next year.
Kind of want to accelerate the rebuild, but don’t want to be stretched too thin with capital.
