Question: If I’m doing, for example, 3 sets, 8 reps of an exercise at 100lb, and the next time I do 3 sets, 9 reps, same weight, and the next time I do 3 sets, 10reps, same weight, does that count as progressive overload even if I didn’t add weight?

I’ve been doing more or less that and I feel like I’m getting stronger, but maybe I’m being inefficient?
