Still have swelling in my feet after wearing shoes a couple hrs, been 8 months since major weight loss. On SSD and don't have to stand all day.

Been strict Carnivore for 14 months now with very low carbs, been at 185 lbs for 8 months now. (59M, 6' 185 lbs) started out at 330 lbs & had T2D from 11 yr. Labs last Oct showed T2D in remission of A1C of 4.1 and glucose of 91. I also limit my salt. The edema swelling feet has majorly improved, but I still have it also after eating. In Oct it will be 1 year since I've weighted 185 lbs and it has been 14 months now since I was able to go off all the metabolic syndrome pills. Anyone here think my feet swelling may improve more over extended time.

Celebrating 7 months since not going to Dr

Fourteen plus months ago I never thought I'd ever be able to stop going to the Dr for "so called" treatment of my morbid obesity or ever get off the 1/2 doz poison pills I was on.
But now being 95 lbs thinner for the past 7 months, I have the luxury of never going back again. And now planning on just going to Express Care for occasional medical attention. Breaking free from the medical industrial complex and their pHarmaceutical poisons is like getting out of prison, b\c I did a long 11 year stretch as a medical prisoner. I also totally enjoy not having to F-off wasting my time going to the pharmacy anymore.
Also in my wising up to medical, I have since vowed to never take another Medicare Annual "so called" Wellness Assessment, F-them and their GD wanting to know about me. My [Dis]advantage Plan called me several months ago and asked if I wanted to take one and I said "No, because there is no law that says I have to do that and I'm not doing it!!!!". 🤣🤣🤣!!!

I looked all over the inside of my account to see if there was a place to generate more keys and there wasn't. After I logged out there was no offer to generate more keys. Am I F'ed now or what? Is there any kind of waiting period (24 hrs?) before they would send you an email to generate more 2FA keys?

I went on 3 major weightloss excursions in the past 30 yrs. But now knowing with Carnivore that I'll never have to do it again, is a luxury I never thought I'd ever have. It is 13 months since I started Carnivore and I took to it quite well in the beginning, not feeling like I wanted to cheat with junk food. And it feels natural to eat like this now, like I've always done it. I became an anti-carb zealot and vow to never eat anything bad for me again.
... My metabolic health was an F'ing train wreck and I took a half doz poison pills a day, that I vow to never take again.
