Hi! Im not the most tech savy so I as hoping someone on here could help me out.

Had my rail earbuds for about a year now, I love them but lately ive been having the same issue. I charge them up, turn them on, they give me the voice memo that says 'battery 100 percent' but then seconds after one just shuts off. Im taking less than a minute. It only seems to be one of them as well.

It doesn't matter how long I charge them either. Sometimes ill turn it back on and it will jump to 20 percent even though they were at 100 s minute ago. Ive tried a factory reset but it gets me nowhere so im really unsure.
