I am up 13% YTD (3 months) on my portfolio vs the S&P 500 (-7%) & TSX (0%) with beta <1. By overweighting Energy and buying at the lows. QTRH is an example. First buy $.92. Then add @ $.95, $1.08 and just added @ $1.12. Your brokers can't time the market so they tell you that you can't.
