My EAD Is expiring May first week and my H1 got picked in this 3rd attempt. What should I do to avail cap gap?
Hi everyone,
Thanks in advance for your support. Some people say that just filing is needed while some say I need to pay for premium. My company won’t do premium and even if I ask for, I may need to pay for it.
What should I do to make sure I am able to work consistently?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
