Rika can suddenly and drastically evolve or even learn.
I think the most underrated feat provided to Yuta through Modulo and by extension these two examples is the nature of Rika "changing" to suite the situation. On top of her being able to turn into a small meeting room with televisions(which the entire Shinjuku cast was watching G v S from).
You can downplay her dura, or her AP, but the fact of the matter is that she can functionally evolve in ways that don't make sense. Where Mahoraga can adapt to phenomena, Rika's ability to evolve is unique even among shikigami.
For context, in both of these situations, Rika's function briefly changes; in the former image she VERY QUICKLY learns how to apply RCT to Yuta herself, and while it's not as fast as Hakari's RCT, this basically closes whatever gap exists between Yuta and any other RCT user. If she ends up lacking in AP, she can entirely focus on defense and healing Yuta in a given fight. Since she's HIS Shikigami using HIS Cursed Energy, this creates a unique phenomena where she can heal him using his own RCT, which is frankly absurd.
Additionally, you have her "awakening" during the Sendai fight as a result of being separated from Yuta even briefly while fully manifested. I don't know what this did but it's clear and obvious that she got a buff from this.
