The crew as soon as the button actually needs to be hit but Dan isn't there to remind them:

I want the air to go down and I have tried using a hanger to move those two lateral levers, but it's not budging and it's really high up.

I'm not sure if I need to move the blades by touching them directly, or using only one lever, or using more force, or if they are just stuck. Any help would be appreciated.
