I saw that you can slow it down by half or more but I want to slow it down a bit, so that a one-minute file plays for 70 seconds

Is there more simple way to add a text paragraph? Even with inkscape it is complicated.

How do I continue to work on a project? I started at home a project, how do I continue to work at my work place?
